At Teradata
Deploying the GTM Engine framework across all business units. The build phase of battle-cards, process and dashboards is complete. Now we start measuring adoption and changing behaviour, which is the harder part. Preparing for the mid-year impact review, 2027 strategy and running the global forecasting cadence in parallel.

AI & agentic workflows
Scaling the AI account intelligence capability we built using Claude and MCP servers. A recent internal hackathon produced a Sales Knowledge Assistant and we are now putting it into pilot across the field. Enabling teams with account specific executive messaging, competitive intelligence, meeting preparation and roleplay. Also exploring how agentic architecture changes the RevOps tooling approach more broadly.

Speaking
Upcoming: Panels at RevOps AF Europe in London (June 10–11) and the Revenue Operations Festival (June 18). Preparing new material on AI's structural impact on the RevOps function and how teams can accelerate differentiated value creation from AI.

Building
Working on a cross-platform AI memory and knowledge store for GTM. Early stage with the idea coming from the challenges around AI Amnesia and Execution Intelligence. All this good knowledge can't just be lost in Slack and Teams chat. More to follow...

Learning
Many companies are building their AI knowledge architecture on entirely the wrong foundations with memory being ephemeral, or even not thinking about knowledge architecture. So exploring how MCP can change the contract between enterprise systems and language models to create execution intelligence.
Also working through the Winning by Design revenue architecture framework, testing where it holds and where it breaks down in complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales.
